Atrial fibrillation with multifocal couplet










The rhythm is irregular.   The rate is 120/min.  No P waves are seen.   A multifocal couplet is present.  PR:  ---,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.

Atrial fibrillation with biventricular pacing










The rhythm is regular.   The rate is 55/min.  No P waves are seen but there appears to be some fibrillatory waves between the QRS complexes.  No ectopic beats are noted.   Biventricular pacer spikes are seen with each QRS complex.  PR:  --,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .68 sec.

Atrial quadrigeminy










The rhythm is regular due to the frequent atrial ectopic beats.   The rate is 80/min.   The P waves are upright and associated with a QRS complex.   A premature atrial contraction is seen every fourth beat.   PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .38 sec.

NSR with unifocal PVCs











The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs.   The rate is 90/min.  The P waves are upright and have a corresponding QRS complex.  Two unifocal PVCs are seen.   PR:  .20 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

Sinus tachycardia










The rhythm is regular with a rate of 150/min.   The P waves are uniform and upright.  No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  .10 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .24 sec.
