Answers

1.
Atrial fibrillation with unifocal PVCs

The rhythm is irregular.   The rate is 90/min.   There are flutter/fibrillatory waves between the QRS complexes.   Two unifocal PVCs are seen.  PR:  ---,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .28 sec.

2.
Demand AV pacing

The rhythm is irregular.   The rate is 70/min.   Small P waves are present and are associated with a QRS complex.   Except for the 4th and 7th complexes, dual pacing is present.  PR:  .16 sec,  QRS: .16 sec,  QT:  .44 sec

3.
Sinus bradycardia with sinus exit block

The rhythm is irregular with a rate of 50/min.   The P waves are upright and have a corresponding QRS complex.  No ectopic beats are noted.   There is a long pause present.  PR:  . 20 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .48 sec.

4.
Sinus tachycardia with T wave inversion

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 125/min.  There are small P waves present before each QRS complex.  No ectopic beats are noted.   The T waves is inverted.   PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .28 sec.

5.

1st degree block with ventricular quadrigeminy

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs.  The rate is 60/min  The P waves are upright and associated with a QRS complex.  The PR interval is prolonged.   There are unifocal PVCs every fourth beat.  A compensatory pause follows each PVC.  PR:  .28 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .44 sec.
