  3. I had to learn ekg interpretation on my own. I am a Medical Assistant and got into a cardiology tech job at a local Hospital. There's always something to learn. A cardiologist I worked with told me that most doctors do not know how to interpret an ekg, so don't ever get discouraged, keep practicing and take courses when you can.
