1.

2.

5.

Answers

1.
1st degree AV block

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 83/min.   The P waves are upright, uniform and precede the QRS complexes.   The PR interval is prolonged.  No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  .30 sec,  QRS:  .10 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.

2.
Normal sinus rhythm with unifocal PVCs (quadrigeminy)

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs.   The rate is 100/min.   The P waves are wide, uniform, and precede a QRS complex.   Unifocal PVCs occur every fourth beat.   PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .34 sec.

3.
Normal sinus rhythm with sinus arrest

The rhythm is irregular due to the pause.   The rate is 80/min.   Upright P waves come before each QRS complex.  The P waves are wide suggesting left atrial enlargement.   No ectopic beats are present but a .88 sec pause follows the 3rd complex.  PR:  .20 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.

4.
Sinus tachycardia

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 136/min.  Upright P waves are present before each QRS complex.  No ectopy is noted.   PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .28 sec.

5.
2nd degree AV block type II

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 40/min.  P waves are present and uniform.  There are nonconducted P waves present.  The PR interval is consistent on the conducted beats.  PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .10 sec,  QT:  .44 sec.
