5.

Answers

1.
Atrial flutter with two pairs of unifocal PVCs

The rhythm is irregular with some ventricular ectopy.   The rate is 60/min.   P waves are missing but there are flutter ways between the QRS complexes.   Two pairs of unifocal PVCs are present.  PR:  ---,  QRS:  .08,  QT:  ,28 sec.

2.
Normal sinus rhythm with 1st degree AV block

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 100/min.  The P waves are upright and precede the QRS complexes.   The PR interval is prolonged.  No ectopic beats are noted.   The ST segment is elevated about 3mm.   PR:  .24 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .38 sec.

3.
Supraventricular tachycardia

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 150/min.  No P waves are seen.   The rhythm is without ectopy.   PR:  ---,  QRS:  .08,  QT:  .36 sec.

4.
Ventricular paced

The rhythm is regular with ventricular paced beats.   The rate is 75/min.  The appears to be some fibrillatory/flutter activity between the QRS complexes.  A ventricular pacer spike is seen before each QRS complex.   PR:  ---,  QRS:  .16 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.

5.
Wandering atrial pacemaker

The rhythm is irregular with a rate of 90/min.  There are P waves of differing morphology present.   PR:  .20 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .36 sec,
