Practice EKG Stirp

Identify the following rhythm.

Answer
2nd degree heart block type I with some AV dissociation.   The PR interval on complexes 1 through 3 appears to get progressively longer over successive beats and a dropped beat is noted after the 3 complex.  The QRS complexes of the 4th – the 9th complexes is wide and suggesting an accelerated ventricular escape rhythm.  There are some dissociated P waves noted with complexes 4, 5, and 9.  No P waves are seen with complexes 6, 7, and 8.
