a. Ventricular fibrillation
b. Ventricular tachycardia
c. Atrial fibrillation
d. Torsades de pointes
Answers
1. It is irregular rhythm. No P waves except the 5th complex (maybe trying to convert to sinus rhythm). Patient has a BBB, probably a LBBB because of the negative QRS complexes in V1.
2. a. AV paced
3. c. Junctional rhythm
4. b. Sinus bradycardia
