Answers

1.
Normal sinus rhythm

The rhythm is regular.   The rate is 93.   There are upright P waves before each QRS complex.  No  extra beats are present.   PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .08  sec,  QT:  .44 sec

2.
1st degree block with trigeminal PVCs

The rhythm is irregular because of the PVCs.   The rate is 80/min.   There are wide upright P waves before each sinus beat.  The PR interval is prolonged.  There are unifocal PVCs that occur every 3rd beat.  This is followed by a compensatory pause.   PR:  .24 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  48 sec.

3.
Normal sinus rhythm with a fusion PVC

The rhythm is regular except for the PVC.   The calculated rate is 78/min.   The P waves are upright and precede the QRS complexes.   There is a single fusion beat PVC present.  Notice the small P wave that precedes the PVC.  A sinus beat and a ventricular beat are initiated at nearly the same time.  PR:  .20 sec,  QRS;  .08 sec  QT:  .44 sec.

4.
Sinus arrhythmia

The rhythm is irregular.   The R-R interval between the 1st and 2nd complex is .60 sec and the R-R interval between the 9th and 10th complex is 1 sec.  The P waves are upright and precede each QRS complex.  The P waves of the 10th-13th complexes are smaller than the earlier complexes.  No ectopic beats are noted.   PR:  .20 sec.   QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .32 sec.

5.
Sinus tachycardia

The rhythm is regular.   The rate is 166/min.   Upright, uniform P waves precede the QRS complexes.  No ectopy is noted.  PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .24 sec
