Answers
1.   c.  1st degree block with a sinus block
The rhythm is irregular due to the pause.   The rate is 70/min.   The P waves are positive and have a corresponding QRS complex.  The PR interval is prolonged.  No ectopy is present.   A 1.0 sec pause is present.  PR:  .24 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .28 sec.

2.   a.  1st degree block with PACs
The rhythm is irregular due to the atrial ectopy.   The P waves are upright and are associated with a QRS complex.   Two PACs are present, the 3rd and 6th complexes.   The P waves of the PACs are buried in the T wave of the previous complex.  Notice the change in the height of T wave has changed (seen best in the V1 lead).   PR:  .22 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .44 sec

3.   c.  Normal sinus rhythm with frequent junctional beats
The rhythm is irregular with a rate of 90/min.   There are both positive and negative P waves present.  Frequent PJCs are seen in somewhat of a bigeminal pattern.  PR:  .14 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .34 sec.

4.   d.  Ventricular tachycardia
The rhythm is regular with a sustained monomorphic ventricular tachycardia.   The rate is 188/min.  No P waves are seen.

5.   a.  Sinus arrhythmia with a PAC
The rhythm is irregular with a rate of 60/min.   The P waves are upright and precede the QRS complex.  The P waves are split.   There is a PAC present,  the 3rd complex.  The morphology of the P waves is different from the sinus P waves.  PR:  .16 sec,   QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.
