Atrial flutter
 Atrial flutter.  The rhythm is regular and the rate is 75.  There 3 F waves (flutter) waves for each QRS complex making this a 3:1 conduction.  The first F wave is probably buried in the T wave of the preceding QRS complex.

Atrial fibrillation with slow ventricular response
 Atrial fibrillation with slow ventricular response.   The rate is irregular.   The rate is around 50.   There are no P waves present.  There are two multifocal PVCs forming a couplet.

Atrial tachycardia
Atrial tachycardia.   The rhythm is regular. The rate is 150.  There is an upright P wave before each QRS complex.  PRI: .08 (short), QRS .08 sec., QT: .28 sec.

Supraventricular tachycardia
 Supraventricular tachycardia with a couplet.   The rhythm is regular.   The rate is 150.   There are no P waves with each QRS complex.

Wandering Atrial Pacemaker






Wandering Atrial Pacemaker.   The rhythm is irregular.   The rate is 60 bpm.   There are at least 3 P waves of different morphology present.
