Answers
1.
Atrial bigeminy |
The rhythm is regular except for the premature atrial contractions which occur every other beat. The rate is 100 beats/min. There is an upright P wave for each sinus QRS complex. The P waves on the ectopic beats are small in comparison. PR interval .10, QRS measures 0.08 sec, QT .36 sec.
2.
Supraventricular tachycardia |
Supraventricular tachycardia. The rhythm is regular. The rate is 150 beats/min. No P waves are evident. The QRS complex is 0.6sec, QT 0.28 sec. No ectopy is present.
3.
Atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response |
Atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response. The rhythm is irregular. The rate is between 125-150 beats/min. There are no identifiable P waves, just fibrillatory waves. The QRS is .08 sec. and the QT interval is 0.24sec. There are no ectopic beats.
4.
Atrial tachycardia |
Atrial tachycardia. The rhythm appears regular. The rate is 166. There are upright P wave with each QRS complex. The PRI: .10 sec, QRS: .08, QT: .24 sec. There are no ectopic beats.
5.
