1.

2.

3.

4.

5.

Answers

1.
Sinus arrhythmia

The rhythm is irregular.   The rate is 70/min.   There are uniform, upright P waves before each QRS complex.  No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  . 20 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .38 sec.   Interpretation:  Sinus arrhythmia

2.
 Sinus rhythm with a pause

The rhythm is irregular.   The heart rate is 100/min.   The P waves are positive and precede each QRS complex.   There is a 1.08 second sinus pause that follows the 3rd complex.  No ectopic beats are noted.   PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .32 sec.   Interpretation:   Sinus rhythm with a pause

3.
Sinus bradycardia with sinus arrhythmia

The rhythm is irregular.   The rate is 50/min.   P waves are present, upright, and associated with a QRS complex.  The PR interval is prolonged.  No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  .22 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.   Interpretation:   Sinus bradycardia with sinus arrhythmia

4.
 Sinus bradycardia

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 53/min.   The P waves are paired with a QRS complex.  No ectopic beats are seen.   PR:  .18 sec,  QRS:  ..10 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.   Interpretation:  Sinus bradycardia

5.
Normal sinus rhythm

The rhythm is regular with a heart rate of 100/min.   The P waves are upright and have a corresponding QRS complex.   No ectopic beats are seen.   PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .28 sec.   Interpretation:  Normal sinus rhythm
