Answers
1.
1st degree AV block with a PVC

The underlying rhythm is regular.   There rate is  62.   There are upright P waves before each QRS complex.   There is a single PVC.   PR:  30 sec,   QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .36 sec

2.
1st degree AV block with a PAC

The underlying rhythm is regular.   There are upright P waves before each QRS complex.  Ther is a single PAC, 4th complex, that has it's P wave hidden in the preceding T wave.   Notice the change in the morphology of the T wave as compared to the other T waves in the strip.   PR:  .32 sec, QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

3.
Atrial flutter

The rhythm is regular.   The rate is 63.   There are 3:1 flutter waves present.   No ectopy is noted. PR:  ---   QRS:  .08 sec  QT:  .28 sec

4.
2nd degree AV block type II

The P-P and R-R intervals are consistent.   The atrial rate is 83.   The ventricular rate is 45. There are nonconducted P waves present.   No ectopic beats are noted.   PR interval:  .20 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .48 sec.

5.
Sinus bradycardia with sinus arrest

The rhythm is irregular owing to the long arrest interval.   The rate is 30/minute.   There are upright P waves before each QRS complex.   No ectopic beats are noted.   The arrest interval is 3.12 sec.   PR:  .16 sec.  QRS:  .10 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.
