The rhythm is regular with a rate of 71/min.  There are no P waves.  No ectopic beats are present.

The rhythm is irregular with a rate of 70/min.   Upright P waves are found before each QRS.  The PR interval is prolonged.   PR:  .26 sec,  QT:  .14 sec,  QT:  .44 sec.
