Answers

1.
Normal sinus rhythm with unifocal PVCs (hexageminy)

The rhythm is irregular with some PVCs.   The rate is 100/min.  The P waves are uniform and upright.   Unifocal PVCs occur every 6th beat.   PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.

2.
Junctional rhythm

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 65/min.  The P waves are absent.  No ectopic beats are present.  There is 2mm ST depression with T inversion of the T wave. PR;  ---,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .42 sec.

3.
Normal sinus rhythm with 1st degree block and a PVC

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVC.  The rate is 80/min.  The P waves are upright and precede the QRS complexes.   The PR interval is prolonged.  A single PVC is present. PR:  .28 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .44 sec.

4.
Sinus tachycardia or WPW

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 150/min.   No ectopic beats are noted.   Some small P waves are seen in the V1 lead. The PR interval is shortened.  The QRS complexes in lead II have a delta configuration.  PR:  .04 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  . 28 sec.

5.
Sinus tachycardia

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 100/min.  Upright P waves precede each QRS complex.  No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:   .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.
