It is sometime difficult to measure the intervals, especially if you do not have the strip right in front of you. There is also a degree of subjectivity to measuring intervals because you and I may see that a particular waveform may start or stop differently.  Thus, you may not have gotten the exact measurements that I got.   However, your intervals measurements should be within .02 sec of what I calculated.  On irregular rhythms and rhythms with ectopy I counted the number of R waves in the 6 second strip and multiplied that number by 10.  On regular rhythms, I counted the number of small blocks between the R waves and divided that number into 1500.   The importance of measuring intervals is not in a single measurement but the trend over time.   For example, a single QT interval value of 40 may not be significant.  However, if that QT interval progressively lengthens over time to .48 then that is indicative of a problem.
