d.  Adensoine 150mg IV in D5W infused over 10 minutes

PEA rhythm: idioventricular rhythm





a.  Magnesium Sulfate 1-2mg IV push
b.  Verapamil 2.5mg IV push, may repeat in 10 minutes at 5mg
c.  Dobutamine 2-10 mcg/kg/min titrated for heart rate over 70
d.  Epinephrine 1mg (1:10,000) IV push, may repeat 3-5 minutes

a.  Amiodarone 300mg IV push, may repeat at 150 mg in 10 minutes
b.  Adensoine 12mg IV using fast flush technique
c.  Atropine 0.5mg IV q3-5 minutes
d.  Lopressor 5mg IV q5 minutes, up to 3 doses.


4.





a.  Magnesium 1-2gm IV
b.  Potassium 20mEq IV over 1 hour
c.  Calcium chloride 10% IV
d.  Sodium Bicarbonate 1mEq/kg IV

5.
Pulseless VT





a.  Amiodarone 300mg IV push
b.  Lidocaine 2.5mg IV over 10 minutes
c.  Epinephrine 1mg/min for 6 hours, then 0.5mg/min for 18 hours
d.  Esmolol 500mcg/kg bolus followed by an infusion at 50mcg/kg/min
