Sinus Tachycardia with Unifocal PVCs

Sinus Tachycardia with Unifocal PVCs.   The rhythm is regular excpet for the ectopic beats.    The wide bizzare shape of the ectopic beats are indicative of ventricular beats. Unifocal simply means that the ectopic beats arise from the same irritable site within the ventricle and that they have the same morphology. There is a couplet of PVCs at the end of the strip.

5.
Ventricular Tachycardia

Ventricular Tachycardia.   The QRS complexes are at a regular rhythm and uniform in appearance.   If the patient is symptomatic Adensoine may be tried if the rhythm was thought to be a wide complex tachycardia.  If the rhythm does not respond to Adensoine, what antiarrhythmics would be considered?
