Accelerated Junctional Rhythm |
Accelerated junctional rhythm. The rhythm is regular. There are no P waves. The QRS complex is narrow. The rate is between 60-100 so this make it an accerated junctional rhythm.

Atrial Flutter |
Atrial flutter. The rhythm is irregular. Notice the amount of flutter waves vary between each QRS complex.

NSR With Frequent PVCs |
NSR with frequent PVCs. Unifocal PVCs are present. Evalute the patient's oxygenation and electrolytes.

Bradycardia With 1st degee AV Block |
Bradycardia with 1st degee AV block. The rhythm is regular. There is one P wave for each QRS complex. The PR interval is prolonged, > .20 seconds.

NSR With Bigeminy of PVCs |
NSR with bigeminy of PVCs. Ventricular bigeminy occurs when there is a PVC every other beat.
