NSR with unifocal PVCs










The rhythm is irregular with some PVCs.   The heart rate is 90/min.  Small upright P waves are present.   Unifocal PVCs are seen every sixth beat.   PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec, QT:  .36 sec.

Agonal rhythm










The rhythm is regular with a extremely wide QRS complex.  No P waves are seen.   PR:  ---,  QRS:  .80 sec.  QT:  1.32 sec.

3rd degree heart block









The rhythm is regular with a ventricular rate of 40/min.   There are P waves that are not associated with a QRS complex.   No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  ---,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .52 sec.

NSR with a couplet of multifocal PVCs










The rhythm is irregular.   The heart rate is 80/min.   The P waves are positive and have a corresponding QRS complex.  A multifocal couplet is seen.  PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

NSR with trigeminy













The rhythm is irregular with trigeminal PVCs.   The rate is 80/min.   The P waves are upright and are paired with QRS complexes.   Unifocal PVCs are seen every third beat.  A brief pause follows the PVCs.  PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .10 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.
