1.

2.

3.

4.

5.

Answers

1.
1st degree AV block

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 65/min.   The P waves are upright and precede the QRS complexes.   The PR interval is prolonged.  No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  .32 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec

2.
Wide complex tachycardia
The rhythm is irregular.  No identifiable P wave.   There appears to be some fibrillatory activity between some of the QRS complexes, complex 5 and 13.  Most likely this atrial fibrillation with with a wide QRS complex.   Until proven otherwise, treat at VT.

3.
Sinus bradycardia

The rhythm is regular and the rate is 51/min.   There are upright P waves associated with the QRS complex.  No ectopic beats are present.  PR:  .14 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .60 sec.

4.
Atrial paced

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 68/min.  Small atrial paced P waves are present.  The PR interval is prolonged.  No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  .28 sec,  QRS:  .10 sec,  QT:  .44 sec,

5.
1st degree block with ventricular quadrigeminy

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs.   The rate is 90/min.  The P waves correspond to a QRS complex.  Unifocal PVCs occur every 4th beat.  PR:  .24 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec
