Changing QRS Voltage Amplitude
In the ECG strips, notice how the amplitude of the QRS complex changes in lead II. It appears cyclic.
The cycle appears to be related to the respiratory pattern as show in these strips. You can see that the tall QRS complexes occur during expiration and decreased during expiration. I can not explain the electrophysiology behind it. Any theories?
