The rhythm is irregular. The rate is 42/min. The P waves are upright and precede the QRS complex. No ectopic beats are seen. PR: .12 sec, QRS: .08 sec, QT: .60 sec.
2.
The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs. The rate is 68/min. The P waves are associated with a QRS complex. Notice that the morphology of the P waves changes as you progress through the rhythm. The are initially very positive and towards the end of the strip take on a biphasic characteristic. A single PVC is seen. PR: .22 sec, QRS: .08 sec. QT: .44 sec.
3.
The rhythm is regular with a rate of 75/min. Both atrial and biventricular paced beats are present. No ectopic beats are noted. PR: .20 sec. QRS: .16 sec, QT: .48 sec.

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs. The rate is 60/min. The P waves are absent. Unifocal PVCs are seen every third beat. PR; ---, QRS; .10 sec, QT: .36 sec,
5.
The rhythm is irregular with frequent PACs. The ventricular rate is 70/min. The P waves are upright and precede the QRS complexes. There are at least three P waves of differing morphology as well as some variation in the PR interval, a characteristic of wandering atrial pacemaker. PR: .12/.22/.24 sec. QRS: .18 sec, QT: .60 sec.
