2nd degree heart block type I with a run of
VT. You can see the progressive
elongation of the PR interval over successive beats, complexes 1 – 5, and the
dropped beat occurring after the 5th complex (red arrow). Then there is a short burst of VT, complexes
6 – 10. Next there is another group of
beats, complexes 11 – 15, that show the same progressive elongation of the PR
interval over successive beats. A nonconducted P wave is seen after the 15th
complex (red arrow).
