c.  Junctional tachycardia
d.  Sinus tachycardia

5.

a.  Atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate slowing to a controlled rate
b.  Sinus tachycardia slowing to normal sinus rhythm

9.

a.  Atrial fibrillation
b.  Normal sinus rhythm with multifocal PVCs
c.  Wandering atrial pacemaker
d.  Sinus arrhythmia

10.

a.  Sinus tachycardia
b.  Ventricular tachycardia
c.  Junctional tachycardia
d.  Atrial tachycardia

Answers

1.    b.  Sinus bradycardia with frequent pauses
2.    a.  Sinus arrhythmia
3.    b.  Sinus bradycardia with 1st degree heart block
4.    d.  Sinus tachycardia
5.    c.  Supraventricular tachycardia converting to normal sinus rhythm
6.    a.  Normal sinus rhythm with ventricular quadrigeminy
7.    d.  Ventricular fibrillation
8.    d.  Ventricular paced with a PVC
9.    c.  Wandering atrial pacemaker.  You have a variety of different looking P waves.
10.  a.  Sinus tachycardia.  Notice the short PR interval, rapid heart rate, and the slurred R waves.   This patient was diagnosed with WPW type B.  You probably could not make such an interpretation base on one lead but the short PR interval and rapid rate should get you to consider a WPW rhythm.
