Hey Mike, this heart block appears to be 2:1. That means you can't distinguish between second-degree Type 1 or Type 2. Am I missing something.
ReplyDeleteIt is either a second degree type I with 2:1 conduction or a type II. Since posting this strip I have learned that it is probably a type I block rather than a type II. For more on 2:1 AV-block: http://www.ems12lead.com/2016/01/05/12-rhythms-of-christmas-2-1-avb/
DeleteThanks for the correction!
