5.

Answers

1.
Normal sinus rhythm with bigeminal PACs

The rhythm is irregular with a rate of 90/min.   The P waves are upright and precede each QRS complex.   After the 2nd complex, there are PACs every other beat.   The P waves of the PACs have a different shape, morphology, than the sinus P waves.  PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.

2.
Normal sinus rhythm with a PJC

The rhythm is irregular due to the PJC.   The rate is 70/min.   The P waves are associated with a QRS complex.  The P wave of the 5th complex is negative.  PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .32 sec.

3.
Normal sinus rhythm with unifocal PVCs

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs.   The rate is 100/min.  P waves are upright and uniform.  Unifocal PVCs are present.  PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  08 sec,  QT:  .24 sec.

4.
Normal sinus rhythm with a PAC

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 80/min.  The P waves are upright.   An early beat follows the 3rd complex.  The P wave of this atrial ectopic beat is hidden within the T wave of the preceding complex.  There is 1mm ST depression present.  PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

5.
Normal sinus rhythm with a PVC

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVC.   The rate is 80/min.  P waves are present, upright and associated with a QRS complex.  A single PVC is present.  The S wave is very slurred and irregular.  PR:  .22 sec.  QRS:  .16 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.
