Answers

1.
NSR with pentageminal PVCs

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs.   The rate is 100/min.   The P waves are upright, uniform, and precede the QRS complexes.  There are unifocal PVCs present every 5th beat.  PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

2.
NSR with some bigeminal PVCs

The rhythm is very irregular due to the frequent PVCs.   The rate is 110.   Upright P waves are associated with QRS complexes.  There are unifocal PVCs present as well as a couplet.  There is a blocked P wave in the S wave of the first PVC.   PR:  .16,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .44

3.
Sinus bradycardia 1st degree block with trigeminal PACs

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs.   The rate is 60 .  There are low voltage P waves that precede the QRS complexes.   A unifocal PVC occurs every 3rd beat.   PR:  .28,  QRS:  .16 sec,  QT:  .56 sec.

4.
NSR with trigeminal PVCs

The rhythm is irregular.   The rate is 90/min.  The P waves are upright and correspond to a QRS complex.  There are interpolated unifocal PVCs are every 3rd beat.  PR:  .20 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

5.
NSR with quadrigeminal PVCs

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVCs.   The rate is 100/min.  The P waves are associated with a QRS complex and are upright and uniform.   There are unifocal PVCs every 4th beat.  Each PVC is followed by a compensatory pause.   PR:  .16 sec.  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.
