Isn't the answer to question 6 complete heart block (regular ventricular escape) with the atrial rhythm being afib??
ReplyDeleteYes, Dave that is correct. The R - R interval is regular with a wide complex QRS. The underlying rhythm is atrial fibrillation. In making these questions, I will put answers that only speak to one or two characteristics regarding the rhythm. It keeps the answers short. Good rhythm interpretation skills on your part.
