Answers

1.
Junctional rhythm

The rhythm is regular with a rate of 53/min.   The P are retrograde and immediately follow the QRS complex.  The QRS complexes are narrow.  No ectopic beats are present.  PR:  ---,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

2.
NSR with unifocal PVCs

The rhythm is irregular with a rate of 66/min.   The P waves are upright and precede the QRS complexes.  Unifocal PVCs are seen on the latter half of the strip in a trigeminal pattern.  PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .34 sec.

3.
Sinus arrhythmia

The rhythm is irregular with a rate of 50/min.  The PR interval between the 1st and 2nd QRS complex is 1.48 sec and the PR interval between the 5th and 6th complex is 1.0 sec.  Small positive P waves precede each QRS complex.  No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  .12 sec,  QRS:  .10 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

4.
NSR with a PVC

The rhythm is irregular due to the PVC.   The rate is 72/min.  The P waves are associated with a QRS complex and are upright and uniform.  A single PVC is present.  PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec, QT:  . 32 sec.

5.
NSR with quadrigeminy

The rhythm is irregular with multiple PVCs.   The rate is 100/min.  Upright P waves have a corresponding QRS complex.  Unifocal PVCs are seen every 4th beat.  PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.
