Answers

1. The P waves were probably too small to be seen by everyone. Anyway. the rhythm is regular. The rate right at 100 bpm or maybe just a little bit above depending upon where you start your measurements.. The QRS is wide, 0.12 sec. The negative QRS complex and the positive QRS complex in lead II point towards a LBBB. No ectopic beats are seen.

2. c. Idioventricular rhythm. The rhythm is irregular. The rate is about 30 bpm. No P waves are seen. The QRS complexes are wide and bizzare looking, 0.12 sec. No ectopic beats are seen

3. c. First degree block with some dropped PACs and a few PVCs. The rhythm is irregular. The rate is around 62 bpm. The P waves are upright. There are two nonconducted P waves seen. The first one is seen on the T wave of the 4th complex. The other is seen on the T wave of the 6th beat. These nonconducted P waves are followed by a compensatory pauses and ventricular escape beats.

4.  b. Sinus bradycardia. The rhythm is regular. The rate is about 42 bpm. There are upright P waves before each QRS complex. The P waves precede each QRS complex. The PR interval is 0.20 sec. The QRS complex is 0.08 sec. The QT interval is .40 sec. No ectopic beats are seen

5. c. 3rd degree heart block.   There is no association between the P waves and the QRS complexes. The PR interval varies from beat to beat.  The ventricular rate is 42 bpm.  The atrial rate is around 115 bpm.  PR: ---,  QRS:  .10 sec, QT: .48 sec.
