Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia

The initial rhythm is sinus with an occasional PVC.  The seventh complex is a PVC that lands on the downstroke of the T wave, an R-on-T PVC.  This triggers an period of non-sustained polymorphic VT.   The axis of the QRS complexes change, so it has a Torsades de point character.  The QT interval is prolonged on this strip.  The QT is > 1/2 the R-R interval.
