Accelerated Idioventricular Rhythm

Accelerated Idioventricular Rhythm.  The patient is in sinus bradycardia and converts to an accelerated idioventricular rhythm.  The rhythm begins with a PVC. This is the early beat after the fourth complex. With AIVR the QRS complexes are wide.  No P waves are present and the overall rate is between 40 - 100 bpm.
