01. The answer is: a. Calcium chloride.  Calcium chloride or Calcium gluconate
02. The answer is: c. Adenosine 6 mg rapid IV push.  Adenosine may be tried for monomorphic VT when a wide complex SVT is suspected. For known VT then Amiodarone 150 mg IV infused over 10 minutes or Lidocaine 1 – 1.5 mg/kg slow IV push.
03. The answer is: d. 150 mg
04. c. Nitroglycerine 0.4 mg SL up to three doses for chest pain
05. c. Epinephrine
