01.b. 1 -2 grams.  It is recommended for torsades de pointes or suspected hypomagnesemia is present
02. b. Tension pneumothorax
03. c. Procainamide.  20 mg/min.  Until the arrhythmia is suppressed, the QRS widens by > 50%, hypotension develops, total dose of17 mg/kg is given.
04. a. Atropine. Give 0.5 mg IV every 3 – 5 minutes.  Maximum cumulative dose is 3 mg.
05. b. Dopamine
