ACLS Review Questions







Answers
01. a. 50 joules or 50 – 100 joules
02. d. 0.5 mg. First drug for symptomatic sinus bradycardia. Give 0.5 mg IV every 3 – 5 minutes.  Maximum cumulative dose is 3 mg.
03. a. 100 joules.  For narrow complex tachycardia (SVT) begin at 50 – 100 J
04. a. Increasing tachycardia
05. a. 0.5 mg.  Give 0.5 mg IV every 3 -5 minutes as needed.  Do not exceed 3 mg.
